• Q: What are your business hours?
• A: Baugh Auto Body is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. We are also open Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 4 pm for your convenience.


• Q: How long does the repair process take?
• A: It really depends on the damage to your vehicle. All damage is unique and therefore, needs to be thoroughly reviewed by the service advisor before we can develop a time frame. Repairing a damaged vehicle takes time to ensure it is done properly. Once we review the estimate with you we can more accurately tell you how long it will take.


• Q: Do you guarantee your work?
• A: Absolutely. We guarantee the workmanship and paint for as long as you own the vehicle.


• Q: Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?
• A: No. Just come on in during our regular business hours. Generally, estimates take about 15-20 minutes to thoroughly write and review with you. If you need to plan the estimate process around your day, just give us a call and we will set up a specific time for you.
